1. All items supplied remain the property of the laboratory until payment is received
  2. All accounts are strictly net and are payable within 30 days of invoice
  3. The company reserves the right to check the credit rating of any client.
  4. The company will charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 5% per month which will be applied to the total amount outstanding including any previous interest charged.
  5. No claims for credit will be considered 21 days form the date of invoice
  6. Appliances are constructed to the specification prescibed on the laboratory work ticket. The laboratory is not responsible for the suitability of the specification.
  7. By fitting the appliance the client accepts that the laboratory has produced the appliance to the specification and satisfaction of the client
  8. All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice
  9. The client is responsible for any additional costs or charges incurred through changing instructions or delivery dates after the work has been accepted by the laboratory
  10. The laboratory will only consider claims for remakes at the concessionary re-make rate within 30 days of the delivery date.
  11. The laboratory reserves the right to charge for the remaking of an appliance
  12. The laboratory will charge for fast track services for crown and brdige cases where the delivery date specified by the client determines that either of these services will be required to enable delivery of the work on the date specified.
  13. The laboratory will charge for fast track services for prosthetic cases where the delivery date specified by the client determines that either of these services will be required to enable delivery of the work on the date specified.
  14. The laboratory will charge for fast track services for prosthetic cases if either of the services are required for any, or all of the stage required to construct an appliance.
  15. The laboratory endeavours to interpret and follow the clients instructions correctly.If however a mistake is made , the laboratory will rectify the situation free of charge as quickly as production techniques allow. The laboratory will not compensate dentist's fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind.
  16. The laboratory endeavours to deliver work on the delivery date specified by the client, please allow 1 day prior to the patient appointment for return date. If however for any reason this has not been possible the laboratory will not compensate dentist's fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind.
